Honestly, Dee should be going around to schools and educating the younger generation about their hormones. This is information I wish I had known even before I got my period. I highly recommend you do this program if you have problems with your cycle, or you have a little girl and you'd like to be able to arm yourself with the education to teach her. Such a beautiful supportive community with women cheering on other women! Just for the community alone, this has been great! Will definitely be doing the challenge again. And it's worth the cost!!! Geez my weekly grocery bill costs more...

Just Wow!! The 6 week FlowFit Challenge has changed my life! And I mean it! My favourite part of the challenge was the weekly coaching calls! Learning about all the hormones and how they affect the female body at certain stages in our cycles has made me understand my body more and what it needs. The way I approach food and how I fuel my body has made an instant change to my weight. I lost 4 kilos on 6 weeks!! (And I hardly exercised! Lol) This year has been especially stressful for me and being educated on stress and how it affects my body has also been an eye-opener! HOW TO WIN

Application and results are two main components in awarding the prizes to the top three winners. To be eligible to win the top 3 prizes, you must:

Upload 3 videos of your activities (this can be of your meals, training or daily practices) to Instagram and tag @flowfitchallenge and use #flowfit

Submit a weekly vlog (this isn’t public, this is for internal use only so we can see your progress)

Complete a genuine Google review AFTER the Challenge has ended

The winner will be the person who has the biggest perceived change. This could be physical (i.e. change in body shape and composition, reduction in bloating, skin clearance, etc) or emotional change (i.e. mood change).

The winner will be announced a week after the end of the Challenge!
