Where do I start. I started the FlowFit challenge because I entered early stages of Peri Menopause and had some symptom's that were very foreign to me. Such things as uncontrollable PMS, broken to little sleep, irregular periods, uncontrollable gained body weight, inflammation and anxiety were starting to control my everyday life. After trying many diets nothing seemed to work. This is when I came across flow fit. After 6 weeks with flow fit, I have seen a lot of changes, and let me remind you it wasn't executed perfectly, but not only was I provided with a 6 week program including nutrition and exercise program, I was educated along the way which allowed me in moments of weakness or crazy mum life to still make a more informed decision. In the six weeks I have noticed less to no signs of PMS, I am sleeping more (on average 6-7 hours not broken), I have been able to loose weight, Inflammation has reduced and I have not had any cases of anxiety during this six weeks. Over all I feel more connected with my body, mind and spirt, I have more energy and feel more calm over all. HOW TO WIN

Application and results are two main components in awarding the prizes to the top three winners. To be eligible to win the top 3 prizes, you must:

Submit your before and after photos

Upload 3 weekly videos of your activities (this can be of your meals, training or daily practices) to Instagram and tag @flowfitchallenge and use #flowfit

Submit a weekly vlog (this isn’t public, this is for internal use only so we can see your progress)

Complete a genuine Google review AFTER the Challenge has ended

The winner will be the person who has the biggest perceived change. This could be physical (i.e. change in body shape and composition, reduction in bloating, skin clearance, etc) or emotional change (i.e. mood change).

The winner will be announced a week after the end of the Challenge!
