What you’ll need if you’ve been recommended
WEIGHTS
IF YOU PREFER TO WORK OUT AT A GYM:
A regular gym membership
IF YOU PREFER TO WORK OUT AT HOME:
- 2 x sets Dumbbells
- 1st set: should be the heaviest weight you can shoulder press for 8 reps. e.g. roughly 8-12kgs
- 2nd set: should be the heaviest weight you can bicep curl for 8 reps. e.g. roughly 4-7kgs
- 1 set of booty/resistance bands of varying thickness

You’ll need access to a Heart Rate Monitor.
You can borrow or buy.
My preference if buying is the Polar H10 Chest Strap. I’ve done all the research for you. It’s high quality, durable and very accurate.
